I’m loving a button down this spring. Lighter than a sweater, but warmer than a tank or a tee shirt, a button down is the perfect transition layer.

Oversized, untucked button down over jeans

Love this button down. While I can’t wait to wear it as a dress, this look is perfect for spring.

Jeans: Pistola (old, shop similar style)

Loafers: Madden Girl

Under a denim jacket

I opted for a long, somewhat oversized jacket and a simple denim jacket here. I liked the proportions this created with the leggings.

Throw a sweater over it

Bonus points if you tuck some sunglasses into your shirt.

Tucked into skinny jeans

A loose, oversized button down will even out the proportions of the denim.
